The ADEA Virtual Road to Residency is a one-day, interactive event designed to help oral health students navigate the advanced education application process and explore career pathways in oral health.

Hosted by the ADEA Council of Students, Residents and Fellows (ADEA COSRF), the ADEA Council of Advanced Education Programs (ADEA COAEP), and the ADEA Council of Sections (ADEA COS), this program offers practical guidance on the ADEA PASS^® and MATCH processes, including timelines, application tips, interview preparation and program selection. Students will also hear directly from current residents about balancing academics, clinical responsibilities, and leadership while preparing for residency.

A major feature of the virtual event is the GoAdvancedED Expo, where students can connect directly with specialty representatives in virtual booths to learn about training environments, program culture, and career opportunities. The event also features virtual lounges where attendees can join live discussions, ask questions and connect with peers and experts through video and chat in real time
